Two of the UK’s biggest charities have been invited to speak at CCDR’s Animal Welfare Conference

Causeway Coast Dog Rescue’s forthcoming ‘Animal Welfare Conference’ which will be held in Parliament Buildings Stormont on 2nd October, has invited representatives from the UK’s largest animal welfare charities to be keynote speakers as we discuss ‘Collaboration’.

CEO of Battersea Dog and Cats Home, along with Head of Operations for the Dogs Trust UK will be discussing their investment into the reform of animal welfare as well as the financial investment into Northern Ireland.

Dogs Trust has recently completed an investment of a multimillion pound capital project to develop their site in Ballymena, while also investing a significant financial figures to support local goverment in their role to protect the lives of companion animals. Battersea Dog and Cats Home will be discussing how they are providing free development training as well as other opportunities for our Northern Ireland charities, and that both representatives have travelled to Nothern Ireland to support the CCDR conference and share their experiences in successful collaboration.
