At Causeway Coast Dog Rescue, we aim to get your orders delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping throughout Northern Ireland, and Mainland UK.
Delivery Times
We aim to have your order delivered within 1-3 Days from date of shipping. However, some items may take more time because of size and delivery location.

Returns Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Shipping Fee Coverage:
- If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, the cost of the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
